- Purchases & refunds — in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Request refunds through Apple’s self-service refund flow or Google Play’s refund process. See the Game Terms.
- Delete your account — at turnloop.games/account-deletion (and, once the game is available, in-game via Settings → Delete account).
- Report a player — use the in-game report option; we review reports.
- Odds for randomised items — see the Probability Disclosures.
- Privacy — see the Privacy Policy; privacy requests to privacy@turnloop.games.

Scandal & Fortune is for entertainment. It offers optional in-app purchases of virtual items that have no real-world value, and it is not gambling. To manage spending, use the device-level purchase controls on iOS (Screen Time / Ask to Buy) and Google Play (parental controls / require authentication for purchases).
