  • Purchases & refunds — in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Request refunds through Apple’s self-service refund flow or Google Play’s refund process. See the Game Terms.
  • Delete your account — at turnloop.games/account-deletion (and, once the game is available, in-game via Settings → Delete account).
  • Report a player — use the in-game report option; we review reports.
