Account Deletion Notice

This page explains how to delete your Scandal & Fortune account and personal data. Scandal & Fortune is published by TurnLoop Games, Inc. You do not need to reinstall the game or log in again on the web to make a request.
1. How to delete your account
- On the web: email privacy@turnloop.games from the email or social-login address tied to your account, and we will verify and process your deletion request — no reinstall or login required.
- In the game: once Scandal & Fortune is available, you will also be able to delete your account in-app (Settings → Delete account), with a short confirmation step that shows, in plain language, what you lose.
2. What happens
When you request deletion:
- Your account is disabled immediately.
- You have 14 days to cancel (in case it wasn’t you, or you change your mind).
- If you don’t cancel, we permanently delete your data, completing no later than 30 days after your request, and confirm when it’s done.
3. What is deleted
Your account and the personal data linked to it across all your sign-in methods (Guest device ID, Facebook, Sign in with Apple, Google): game progress, your codename and any revealed real name, your social and raid connections, player-report records (other than the limited de-identified safety records in section 4), push tokens, and the advertising and analytics identifiers we control. We send the deletion signals your login provider requires, including Facebook’s Data Deletion Callback and Sign-in-with-Apple token revocation.
4. What may be retained (and why)
We keep a narrow set of records only where the law requires or to keep players safe, de-identified from your account where feasible: purchase and transaction records (tax, accounting, and chargeback windows); fraud and ban-evasion signals; and limited player-report and safety records where we still need them to review a report or prevent ban-evasion. We do not keep your gameplay data for any other purpose after deletion.
Plain English: deletion removes your account and game data; a few records may need to stay for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, separated from your account where we can.
5. No refund
Deletion is permanent. Unused virtual currency and items are not refundable on deletion, except where a refund is required by applicable law or platform policy — settle any open purchase issues first.
6. Before you delete — checklist
Confirm you’re deleting the right account; understand you’ll lose progress, items, and purchases; and note that uninstalling the app does not delete your account — you must use one of the methods above.
