Account Deletion Notice

This Account Deletion Notice applies to the corporate website at https://turnloop.games (the “Website”), operated by TurnLoop Games, Inc. (“TurnLoop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It also provides a stable public URL for future TurnLoop products if account systems launch.

1. Current Website status

The Website does not currently have user accounts, login, registration, profiles, saved progress, purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, in-game items, leaderboards, chat, cloud saves, or account dashboards. Because the Website has no accounts, there is currently no Website account to delete.

2. Future TurnLoop products

When TurnLoop launches consumer products, including mobile games or related online services, account deletion will be made available through the product and/or through privacy@turnloop.games or another product-specific privacy/support address, as required by applicable law and platform rules.

If a future TurnLoop app allows account creation, TurnLoop should provide an in-app path to initiate account deletion where required by Apple and Google. Google Play also expects a web link where users can request app-account deletion and associated data deletion.

Future product-specific privacy notices, end-user licence agreements, app-store disclosures, and in-product instructions may provide additional details.

3. What deletion will generally mean

For future products, deletion will generally mean that TurnLoop removes or anonymizes personal information associated with the account from active production systems, subject to identity verification, security checks, legal requirements, platform rules, and the applicable retention schedule.

Deletion may not remove information retained for tax, accounting, chargeback, refund, fraud-prevention, anti-cheat, security, dispute, platform-compliance, child-safety, or legal-claim reasons. Information may also remain in backups until overwritten or deleted according to the applicable backup cycle, with access restricted in the meantime.

Plain English: deletion removes the account from active use, but some records may need to remain for legal, security, or backup reasons.

4. Confirmation period and irreversibility

A future product may use a short confirmation or grace period before permanent deletion, such as up to 14 days, if clearly disclosed and not used to avoid lawful deletion obligations. After that period, deletion may be irreversible, and account progress, virtual items, purchases, subscriptions, social connections, rankings, user-generated content, and other account-linked data may be permanently lost or anonymized.

5. Pre-deletion checklist for future products

Before requesting deletion, users should generally confirm they are deleting the correct account, understand the loss of account-linked progress/items/purchases, review whether deletion affects platform-linked access, save any exportable information, settle outstanding support or payment disputes, and understand that uninstalling an app may not delete the account unless the product states otherwise.
